Having some background experience in sales and pharmacy, and currently involved in corporate fitness, I understand how hectic life can be.

Lack of sleep, stress and little time to exercise used to be part of my routine. As a Personal Trainer, I am able to take this into account when designing a program.

I have a holistic approach with regard to personal training. I believe that any aspects of our lives including our thoughts can impact our health and fitness. My aim is to empower you to take control of your health and fitness. You are the expert of your body; I am the helper. Everyone can train, feel good and be happy whatever happens in their life. Do you want to be worked hard but keep a smile on your face? Then Paul is your man.

He will motivate you to work to your full potential using a varied bag of tricks – you will become familiar with all sorts of functional movements to increase core strength (often named after the animal they closely represent – who doesn’t love honey badgers?!). Work-outs with Paul are tough but leave you feeling top of the world…. And as hard as nails!

After 10 years of being at a desk planning your finances and training clients after hours, Paul has recently decided that he would rather be outdoors planning your exercise routine full-time.All the better for us and for your fitness!
