Mums and Bubs

Please enquire about current sessions. These sessions are perfect for the new mum returning to or embarking on a fitness program. Attention to rebuilding the core muscles is taken carefully and we focus on re-shaping and building strength throughout the entire body. The bubs take part in a lot of the training – They make great weights! Balls and weights are also available of bubs are sleeping.

This is a great experience for both mum and bub. Instructed by mums for mums.
